Richard J. Connor, MSW, LCSW
Executive Director
Rick received his Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Iowa and has worked in the counseling field for twenty-one years. Rick has eighteen years of post-graduate experience, and has received post-graduate training in Marriage and Family Therapy. Rick’s interests include therapy with families and couples, adult depression and anxiety, behavior management of children with ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder and Conduct Disorder.
Dale A. Guebert, MS. Ed., LCPC
Clinical Supervisor
Dale obtained his Master of Science in Education – Agency Counseling from Western IL University and is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois as well as a National Certified Counselor. He Provides counseling to individuals under the age of 21 focusing on social, relationship and personal skills, anger management, and grief issues, counsels parents and grandparents serving as guardians regarding the development of conflict resolution skills; discipline techniques and parent teaming, counseling to couples regarding relationship issues. Dale’s area of expertise includes counseling from a Christian perspective.
Casey M. Stichter, MS. Ed., LCPC
Family Therapist
Casey has obtained both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Western Illinois University, with her most recent being a Master of Science in Education – Agency Counseling. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with the State of Illinois, and maintains her National Certification in Counseling as well. She has eleven years of experience in the social work/counseling field, with the last seven years being primarily with the treatment of children, adolescents and their families. Casey enjoys working with families and children whom are diagnosed with ADHD, Adjustment disorders, Behavioral and Mood disorders, as well as those recovering from abuse and trauma. She has experience working with Asperger’s Disorder and Autism.
Lori Luna, BA
Family Therapist
Lori received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Anderson University in Anderson, Indiana. She previously worked as a counselor in a Juvenile detention facility, working with children ages 9 -17.Lori has seven years of experience working in the child welfare system with families in the community. Lori provides counseling services to children ages 0 - 21 and their families. Her areas of interest include working with children who are experiencing depression, behavioral issues, conflict with parent and family difficulties and with adults on parent education and family issues. Lori has 12 years of experience in the social work.
Gustavo Jimenez, BA
Bilingual Family Therapist
Gustavo holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Iowa. He is Bilingual and provides counseling to Spanish speaking clients. has 9 years of clinical experience working with clients of all ages on issues including: parent-child problems, behavior disorders, adjustment disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, anger management, gang involvement, peer relationships, individual, marital, and family difficulties. Gus also serves as a consultant to area schools & agencies about school-based programs to target at-risk, low-income children.
Johnnie M. Woods, BA
Family Therapist
Johnnie received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Augustana College. She has experience working with clients of all ages and ethnic groups on issues including behavior disorders, adjustment disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, and anger management. She has experience with child welfare and working with African Refugees. Johnnie has a total of 19 years experience in the social work field.
Ronald Martinez, MA, LCPC
Family Therapist
Ron received his Masters in Counseling Psychology from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and has 14 years of post master’s experience in professional counseling. Ron’s areas of expertise include counseling from a Christian perspective, anger issues, sex addiction, couple and family counseling, adolescent issues, parenting issues, depressive disorders, and anxiety disorders.
Stacy Hayes Kane, M.A., LCPC

Stacy received her BA in Psychology in 1982 from the University of Missouri at Columbia, and her MA in Counseling in 1997 from Weber University in St. Louis, MO. Stacy is currently working on obtaining her PsyD., and is a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. Stacy’s areas of expertise include Marriage and Family Therapy, Child and Adolescent Therapy, and Women’s Issues.
